Yukun Guo

Biography

I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. My research focuses on the development of optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography (OCTA), together with deep learning methods for medical image analysis of the retina.

I completed my Ph.D. at Oregon Health & Science University in the Center for Ophthalmic Optics and Lasers (COOL) at Casey Eye Institute, where I planned, designed, and conducted research on segmentation, registration, and quantification of OCT angiography; developed new analysis techniques; and prepared papers and grant applications.
